Client Service Representative - Receptionist

Client Service Representative role at Pets and Vets as Partners: be the first and last impression of our clinic by greeting clients, managing scheduling, handling check-in/check-out, and coordinating communication between clients, DVMs, and technical staff. Maintain accurate records, process invoices and payments, support prescription fulfillment, educate clients on products and online pharmacy options, and keep the client areas welcoming.
