Job Summary
Client Services Representative focused on processing orders diligently, scheduling all incoming orders (internal and external), and executing administrative and sales-related responsibilities that relate to client relations management to ensure customers have a positive experience. Responsibilities include creating and processing orders with accuracy, sending quotes/drawings/receipts to clients, maintaining professional communication, identifying and communicating potential problems in the sales process, meeting deadlines, multi-tasking with prioritization, accurately reporting inventory statuses to clients, providing service via phone, email, direct interaction and fax, following up after orders are completed, soliciting feedback, timely responses to communications, assisting customers with inquiries, monitoring online reviews and reporting them, managing the reception area, and performing other duties as assigned by management. Familiarity with cabinet fabrication terminology or related industry experience is highly preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related client service experience
- Proven communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Understanding of basic software systems and products
