Job Summary
Introduce bank products and services to customers, process debit and credit transactions, and assist with customer relation issues. Manage the banking center vault by balancing it, disbursing cash to designated team members, and ordering or shipping currency as needed. Order and ship all cash for the banking center while maintaining CTR record keeping. Open new accounts as required. This role supports a regional powerhouse serving communities since 1834 with over $70 billion in assets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of cash handling experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent balancing record
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin
