Job Summary
Introduce bank products and services to customers while processing debit and credit transactions and assisting with customer relation issues. Manage the banking center vault by balancing it, disbursing cash to team members, and ordering currency as needed. Order and ship all cash for the banking center and maintain CTR record keeping. Open new accounts and participate in the sales program. Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly desired. This role supports Old National Bank's mission to help clients achieve financial goals and is rooted in a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of cash handling experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent balancing record
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
