Job Summary
Client Service Representative in a medical office administration role providing frontline administrative support, patient intake, scheduling, referrals processing, invoicing and accounts receivable, and inventory management within a community respiratory care setting. Responsibilities include maintaining electronic patient records, handling in-person and phone-based customer service, liaising between patients and staff, processing referrals and triage, resolving customer concerns, processing purchases and invoicing, and maintaining respiratory product and office supply inventory. Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and comfort with medical terminology are essential. Proactively supports a positive patient experience and back-office operations within a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule in Toronto, ON.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a front-line administrative support role
- Strong skills in general office procedures such as electronic and paper patient records/file management, accounts receivable, invoicing, and inventory management
- English communication skills
- Demonstrated self-management and self-motivation skills
- Medical terminology experience/education is an asset
- Education: High School required. Post-secondary education preferred.
