Job Summary
Client Service Representatives act as support resources for ISCO projects and customers, managing the business cycle from opportunity through fulfillment to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and gross profit. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting quotations, determining pricing and sourcing strategies, negotiating with customers and vendors, processing transactions, managing projects, utilizing business systems, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The role requires a solid understanding of the company's products and direct customer selling techniques.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the direct customer selling process and techniques including closing sales
- Knowledge of features, benefits and use/application of broad range of company products
