Job Summary

Join SpiderRock’s Client Services team as a Client Service Representative I, providing level 1 system and integration support. Responsibilities include delivering first-level support via telephone, chat, and email for remote trading applications, troubleshooting connectivity and order routing issues, performing quality assurance on trading tools, assisting in client onboarding, and maintaining a motivated and professional attitude. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, along with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure technology environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent self-starter
  • Keen attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous financial industry or trading experience
  • Experience or working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, US Equities and Derivatives (Indexes and Options), Futures
  • SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
