Job Summary
Execute the service agreement renewal process, manage Salesforce opportunities, and support estimating and booking for commercial HVAC service work. Drive contract performance reviews, generate proposals, and identify scope growth opportunities while collaborating with account managers on strategic accounts. Maintain accounts receivable, ensure accurate pipeline entry, and meet department growth plans through timely service delivery. This on-site role in Birmingham, AL, includes customer site visits and extended hours as required. You will develop sales skills through training with the intent of progressing to a customer-facing position.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate/degree from college or technical school
- two (2) years related experience and/or training
- three (3) years of related experience and/or training
- HS Diploma/GED

- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
- No major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years
- Must be able to pass additional drug screening
