Job Summary
Answer client questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients to the right team members to help them reach their financial goals. Listen to client needs, ask questions, and take accountability for issues by leveraging technology to introduce clients to mobile banking applications. Work in a fast-paced Banking Center on-site full-time, with flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends, and rotate between multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
