Answer client questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients to the right team members to help them reach their financial goals. Manage client accounts and products by listening to their needs, asking clarifying questions, and taking accountability for issues to build better solutions together. Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and other financial services tools to help them better manage their banking needs. Work in a fast-paced Banking Center as part of the Personal and Business Banking Team, focusing on meaningful interactions and building trust through respect and authenticity.
