Client Service Representative [Hourly]

Provide frontline client service in a banking center, handling transactions and answering questions while proactively connecting clients with the right team members. Focus on delivering a meaningful client experience, solving issues, and guiding clients to appropriate financial solutions. Demonstrate empathy, responsibility, and a client-centric approach while leveraging technology (e.g., mobile banking) to help clients manage their banking needs. Flexible to work banking center hours (including evenings and weekends) and available to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance. The role is on-site full/part-time as indicated, located in Ottawa at CIBC’s Ottawa-Carlingwood Shopping Centre area. Key duties include engaging with clients, managing accounts/products, solving problems, and collaborating with teammates to achieve client goals.
