Job Summary
As a Client Service Representative at GoodVets, you’ll be the first and last impression for clients, greeting pet owners, managing check-ins/outs, handling multi-line calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and supporting the clinical team to ensure a smooth, welcoming visit. You’ll maintain a clean reception area, communicate effectively with doctors and staff, assist emotionally stressed clients, and occasionally perform light administrative duties. Must be available evenings and weekends, with strong communication skills, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn practice-management software.
Required Qualifications
- Previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems and practice management software (or a willingness to learn)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming environment
