Job Summary
Client Service Representative at GoodVets serves as the first and last impression for clients, handling greetings, check-ins/outs, phone triage, appointment scheduling, payments, and coordination with the clinical team. The CSR supports a warm, professional, and empathetic client experience, manages a multi-line phone system, and assists with light administrative and cleaning duties as needed. The role requires strong communication, ability to operate in a fast-paced veterinary front-desk environment, comfort with practice management software, and a collaborative team mindset. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems and practice management software (or a willingness to learn)
- Positive, team-first attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming environment
