Job Summary

Client Service Representative at GoodVets serves as the first and last impression for clients, handling greetings, check-ins/outs, phone triage, appointment scheduling, payments, and coordination with the clinical team. The CSR supports a warm, professional, and empathetic client experience, manages a multi-line phone system, and assists with light administrative and cleaning duties as needed. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Required Qualifications
