Job Summary
CSR at GoodVets responsible for creating a welcoming client experience: greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, answer and triage phone calls, schedule appointments and follow-ups with the clinical team, process payments and invoicing, monitor patient flow, maintain a clean reception area, communicate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth operations, assist distressed clients with empathy, and perform light administrative and cleaning duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems and practice management software (or a willingness to learn)
