Job Summary
The Client Service Coordinator drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, promotes services, educates clients about wellness plans, and supports the veterinary team to maximize productivity. Responsibilities include welcoming clients and pets, completing documentation and entering pet histories, scheduling appointments, dispensing prescriptions, selling retail products, managing finances with accurate balances, and providing professional, efficient service while upholding Banfield's Five Principles. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential to ensure excellent client care and a positive hospital experience for both clients and their pets.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old to perform radiography duties (x-ray)
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Experience or training in medical/veterinary terminology preferred
