Job Summary

Provide excellent service to assigned clients by staying on top of compliance standards and regulations, resolving inquiries and complaints regarding products and services, and using programs to aid client success. Maintain positive client relationships, coach and assist as needed, stay informed on regulations and internal procedures, protect confidentiality of PII, share knowledge with team, and maintain a consistent in-office presence with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule. This role emphasizes data validation, quality control, problem solving, effective communications, and collaboration across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a variety of personalities including clients and co-workers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and utilize company and department systems
  • Commitment to confidentiality and privacy of PII
