Job Summary
Responds to client communications, resolves inquiries and complaints, and maintains positive relationships with assigned clients. Uses appropriate programs/tools to aid client success, provides coaching on operating platforms, stays up-to-date with regulations and internal procedures, and maintains confidentiality of PII while collaborating with team members to achieve optimal service. Office-based role with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule in Madison, WI; emphasizes multi-tasking, customer-focused service, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with one year of customer service experience preferred.
