Job Summary
Client-focused Client Service Representative in the Employee Benefits division responsible for servicing group and individual accounts, renewals, documentation, client inquiries, meetings, and liaison between Consultants and corporate clients. Works from the Burnaby Still Creek Head Office (Vancouver area) with responsibilities including maintaining renewal calendars, processing documentation, preparing marketing materials and presentations, and supporting consultants and account executives to deliver professional service to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of LLQP or willing to obtain within the first year
- 2+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Good working knowledge of underwriting arrangements
- High attention to detail
- Experience with flex plans is an asset
