Job Summary
Client Service Representative for CSC's Annual Reports and Corporate teams. Responsible for building relationships with clients, fulfilling requests, answering inquiries via phone or electronic channels, providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients, organizing workflows to meet deadlines, navigating multiple databases, and recommending process improvements. The role emphasizes training and mentorship, team collaboration in a fast-paced business-to-business environment, and delivering world-class service to clients. Remote work is available with Hawaii-based scheduling considerations; typical hours Monday–Friday with flexible training shifts. Requires customer service or administrative experience, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
