Job Summary
Answer client questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients to the right team members to help them reach their financial goals. Listen to client issues, take accountability for solutions, and introduce clients to mobile banking applications to better manage their needs. Work full-time on-site at Eastgate Square in Hamilton, including evenings and weekends, while traveling between multiple banking centers. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada and may be required to complete an attribute-based assessment or skills test.
Required Qualifications
- You need to be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified above
- must have a valid work or study permit
- You need to be on-site full-time
- You're flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends
- You're flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance
