Job Summary
As a Client Service Representative in the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced banking centre to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs, answering questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members. You’ll be the first line of support as clients work toward their financial goals, with flexibility to work banking centre hours (including evenings and weekends) and to be deployed across multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance. You’ll engage clients, solve problems, and leverage technology—such as mobile banking apps—to improve the client experience and help clients manage their accounts and products. The role emphasizes client engagement, accountability, and a collaborative culture focused on trust and teamwork. You should be dedicated to learning, serving clients with empathy, and maintaining standards of compliance and service excellence.
