Job Summary
Client Service Representative for a bank-based, relationship-focused role in Hawkesbury, ON. You’ll be the first line of support in a fast-paced banking center, helping clients with transactions, answering questions, and connecting them to the right team members to reach their financial goals. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to manage accounts and products, problem solving with accountability, leveraging technology to introduce clients to mobile/online banking, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a great client experience. Flexibility to work banking centre hours (including evenings and weekends) and to support multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.
