Job Summary
Client Service Coordinator drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, promotes hospital services, educates clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and other pet health needs, and coordinates the care of clients and pets to support a welcoming, efficient hospital environment. Responsibilities include recruiting new clients, maximizing patient visits, processing required documentation and invoices, scheduling future appointments, assisting with product sales, maintaining accurate financial balances, and providing exceptional service. Requires strong English communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and engage with clients to support veterinary team productivity and client retention.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography
- One year related experience required with customer service preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (read, write, and speak) with professional grammar and vocabulary
