Job Summary
The Client Service Representative role at VCA Animal Hospitals centers on delivering exceptional client experiences at the front desk. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms, scheduling and confirming appointments, outbound follow-up calls, communicating and processing payments, recommending and explaining products and services (including prescriptions), educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, and maintaining medical records and hospital docs. The role requires maintaining a neat facility, performing light hospital maintenance, and working in a fast-paced environment with strong customer-service and teamwork skills. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, 401(k), and pet discounts. Hours: 35 per week; must be able to work holidays, nights and weekends. The position is full-time, with an emphasis on customer relations and efficient front-desk operations within a veterinary hospital setting.
