Job Summary
Deliver exceptional client service in a veterinary hospital setting as the face of the practice. Responsibilities include greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms, scheduling and confirming appointments, making outbound follow-ups, explaining and processing payments, recommending products and services including prescriptions, educating clients on general animal care, managing medical records and correspondence, and maintaining hospital cleanliness inside and outside the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Comfort with handling payments and explaining fees
- Ability to educate clients on basic pet care and products/services
- Capability to manage medical records and administrative tasks
- Willingness to maintain a clean and organized work environment
