Client Service Representative

Client Service Representative at VCA Hyannis: serve as the face of the hospital with core duties including greeting visitors, answering telephones, guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms, scheduling and confirming appointments, making outbound follow-up calls, explaining and processing payments, recommending and obtaining products/services (including prescriptions), educating clients on general pet care, managing medical records and hospital communications, and maintaining a neat, clean facility.
