Client Service Representative at Preston Animal Hospital

Lead practice opening and closing procedures, manage reception for visitors and telephone calls, and ensure all public areas remain clean and presentable. Process cash, checks, and credit payments while scheduling appointments to maintain appropriate workflow. Update client and patient files, prepare correspondence, and send reminder notices with timely follow-up calls. Handle emergency situations calmly, present medications and take-home items to clients, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction. Perform daily business operations, including system backups, adhering to clinic policies and OSHA safety standards. Requires weekend availability and high school diploma; previous veterinary experience preferred.
