Client Service Representative at Broken Arrow Veterinary Hospital

Lead practice opening and closing procedures, manage reception and telephone services, and ensure all public areas remain clean and presentable. Process cash and credit payments, schedule appointments, and maintain client/patient files while sending reminders and correspondence. Handle emergency situations with care, address client concerns calmly, and present medications or take-home items to ensure satisfaction. Perform daily business oversight, conduct re-calls from callback lists, and backup computer systems as directed. Requires ability to work weekends; pay range $14–$17/hr.
