Lead practice opening and closing procedures, manage reception for visitors and telephone calls, and process cash, checks, and credit card payments. Clean and maintain public areas including the front desk, waiting area, and exam rooms. Send reminder notices, conduct re-calls from callback lists, and perform daily computer system backups.
