Client Service Representative at Bear Creek Animal Hospital

Lead practice opening and closing procedures, manage reception and telephone inquiries, and ensure all public areas remain clean and presentable. Process cash, checks, and credit payments while scheduling appointments and maintaining client and patient files. Prepare correspondence, send reminder notices, and conduct timely client callbacks. Handle emergency situations with care, address client concerns calmly, and present medications or take-home items. Perform daily business oversight, execute computer system backups, and adhere to OSHA safety protocols. Requires ability to work weekends; reports to Practice Manager.
