Client Service Representative at Barta Animal Hospital

Lead practice opening and closing procedures, manage reception for visitors and telephone, and maintain veterinary medical records and accounts. Process cash, checks, and credit payments while scheduling appointments and tracking lab specimens and medications. Clean public areas including the front desk, waiting room, and exam rooms, and prepare client correspondence and reminder notices. Handle emergency situations with care, present medications and take-home items, and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction. Perform daily business oversight, conduct client re-calls, and backup the computer system. Rotating Saturday availability is required.
