Job Summary
Client Service Associate (CSA) provides daily operational support, manages client-submitted projects and requests, troubleshoots issues, documents workflow processes, and ensures compliance with data security policies and HIPAA. Builds strong internal and external stakeholder communication, tracks tickets to resolution, adheres to KPIs and SLAs, maintains change logs and requirements documentation, and supports clients’ requests with timely updates. Proficiency with Jira and/or Salesforce, experience in requirements gathering and software configuration testing is preferred; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential.
