Job Summary
Strengthen client relationships by delivering constant monitoring of service quality and managing assigned accounts to develop new business opportunities while protecting existing revenue. Convey client needs to internal stakeholders, maintain data in SF360 CRM, and negotiate contract execution alongside marketing strategies for full product ranges. Serve as the escalation point for critical service issues, shepherd resolutions through, and assist with presentation preparation, RFPs, and project planning. Develop client metrics dashboards, coordinate due diligence questionnaires, and act as the interface for compliance and regulatory matters. Review quarterly P&L for specific business lines and ensure high-satisfaction onboarding for new assets.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of total work experience preferred with 5 years of Financial Services experience in Relationship Management/ Sales or Client Service
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent
- Ability to effectively facilitate meetings, with all levels within the client organization – from Executive Leadership to Operational points of contact
- Ability to gain an understanding of client business, challenges and strategic direction and subsequently articulate value proposition for new products and solutions
- Knowledge of Financials services industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to earn client trust and develop relationships (internal and external)
