Job Summary
Analyst supports investor relations across institutional and private wealth channels within the CSPS team. Responsibilities include preparing timely responses to investor inquiries and DDQs, maintaining data accuracy in client materials, managing a centralized Q&A knowledge base (including AI-enabled tools), supporting the full fundraising lifecycle (fund formation, governing documents, product launches, marketing content, due diligence, and closing investor capital commitments), developing targeted email campaigns with sales teams, and maintaining investor platforms (CRMs and investor portal such as Juniper Square) to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years in investor relations or related fields; strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and CRM familiarity; highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment research, fund operations or formation support
- Experience at an investment management firm or similar institutional environment strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe; familiarity with CRM platforms strongly preferred
