Job Summary
Visit tenants in their homes on a regular scheduled basis to address tenancy-related issues, including rent arrears, property care concerns, and anti-social behaviour. Work directly with housing applicants, tenants, advocates, and support services to facilitate housing offers, allocations, and private rental outcomes. Respond to enquiries via phone, online channels, and service counters to assess applications, process requests, and provide advice on available housing options and support pathways. Collaborate with Government and non-Government agencies to identify barriers and ensure clients receive appropriate support and housing pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Current NSW Driver Licence (minimum P2)
- Willingness to travel regularly and work with clients in their homes and the community
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of valid working rights in Australia
