Job Summary
Manage day-to-day client relationships and insurance carrier partnerships to ensure accurate policy processing, quote handling, and audit reviews. Address client inquiries, support retention efforts, and identify coverage gaps while maintaining precise account information. Collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored risk management solutions and stay current on industry trends through continuous training. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days remote after training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience
- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
- Active Producer's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Appropriate licensing as required
- 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote
