Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers and prospects via email and phone. Collaborate with other departments to find quick, comprehensive solutions for customer questions. Continuously expand financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning. Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for product and internal-process improvements. International relocation support is provided if required. Opportunity for a two-year fixed-term contract. Fluent in Italian and English (German a plus); in-person role based in Munich, Germany; experience in banking/FinTech or financial services is preferred.
