Job Summary
Client Service Manager responsible for managing Livingston client satisfaction as the key business contact for brokerage-related activity, building strong relationships with client decision-makers, increasing client retention and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll conduct client visits (virtual and in person) to understand cross-border trade requirements, manage client portfolios, provide regulatory updates from customs and government agencies, escalate urgent issues, onboard new clients, support sales-team growth and retention strategies, monitor client satisfaction surveys, lead business reviews, gather key client information to build strong profiles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process improvements. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of supply chain processes, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office. Minimum 3 years of related experience and an Associates Degree or post-secondary education are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
