Client Service Manager

Communicate directly with clients during sales and order calls, email clinics regarding order, shipping, or processing issues, and answer questions from clinicians. Handle and notify all client requests and inquiries while ensuring that client orders are being processed. Serve as the Single Point of Contact for various B2B clients. This role requires a previous business-to-business experience within a hospital or healthcare field, comfort as an English communicator and writer, and a quality office-home setup with a computer camera and microphone. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
