Job Summary
Client Service Manager responsible for developing strong service-focused relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, resolving complex service inquiries and client escalations, coordinating remediation and communications to clients/internal stakeholders, monitoring case activity to identify risks and opportunities, overseeing local client-initiated projects, and engaging with Global counterparts to address maintenance requests and client queries. Requires native Italian language, customer-centric and client-facing skills, analytical mindset, ability to meet customer needs by matching a broad range of products and services, and strong time management and interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams.
