Job Summary
Client Service Manager responsible for client satisfaction, relationships, and resources for aligned clients, overseeing benefits administration delivery, and ensuring financial success for the Client Service Group. Manages aligned Business Analysts, coordinates with implementation and finance teams, and drives testing and go-live readiness. Requires strong project management, excellent communication, and ability to lead cross-functional teams; participates in business development activities and recruitment; travel up to 10% and availability outside core hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years of project management experience
- previous benefits administration and client consulting experience
- advanced knowledge of benefits administration
- knowledge of Jira or similar project management software
