Job Summary
As Client Service Manager, you will be the custodian of enterprise client relationships and the primary interface into Electrum for large accounts. You will drive overall account health, shape engagement strategies with C-suite stakeholders, and act as the internal liaison uniting engineering, product, and sales to deliver cross-functional solutions during standard operations and critical escalations. The role requires translating complex technical solutions into business value, proactively managing client needs with a data-driven approach, and communicating clearly with executive stakeholders. You’ll thrive in a collaborative Cape Town office with flexible hours, contribute to high-impact fintech projects, and leverage your experience across Google Suite, data analytics, and enterprise software to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or business
- 5 to 7 years in Client Service or Customer Success Manager in fintech/technology
- Understanding of South African fintech landscape and payments
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Data Analytics/Reporting
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to translate client goals into actionable outcomes and manage postmortem reporting
- Accountability and professional demeanor in client interactions
