Job Summary
Pursue new leads from existing clients, digital campaigns, and tradeshows while responding to all client inquiries promptly. Identify and target potential clients through research and data mining, then connect with decision-makers via phone and email. Serve as the main point of contact for requests, estimate and generate proposals for new and existing clients, and recommend additional services. Develop and implement relationship-building programs such as site meetings and lunch and learns. Perform physical tasks including driving, walking on steep slopes, bending, and kneeling. This role supports Dragonfly Pond Works, a leading environmental service company specializing in stormwater management since 2006.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in stormwater or aquatic services
- Sales, relationship development, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work well in a team environment, independent thought and critical thinking, business acumen, and an internal motivation to succeed
