Job Summary
Lead end-to-end client service for the Sally Beauty account and provide high-touch support across the General Merchandise Softlines portfolio. Drive dependable delivery, resolve issues proactively, engage clients consultatively, and collaborate with analytics, technology, and offshore teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans. Ensure data accuracy and quality, manage updates and outputs, and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client service, analytics, data support, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Proven attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients consultatively
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work as business needs require
