Job Summary
As a Client Service Manager, you will focus on expanding client relationships, driving market growth, developing key relationships, and overseeing project delivery to ensure quality and client satisfaction. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership experience in consulting or infrastructure, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for executing client strategies, leading multidisciplinary teams, and partnering with leadership to identify growth opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field and 15+ years of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to grow client relationships and drive business development in the water/wastewater infrastructure space
- Strong leadership experience managing projects, people, and client accounts
- A strategic mindset with the ability to see opportunities and turn them into action
- Financial acumen with experience managing revenue targets, project performance, and ROI
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels
