Job Summary
Client Service Manager – Associate in Securities Services at JPMorgan Chase. You will support a senior client service team to manage relationships across a book of institutional clients, ensure ongoing client satisfaction, provide guidance to junior members, handle inquiries and escalations, participate in governance with KPIs and RAG ratings, utilize CRM tools for relationship feedback and reporting, prepare client relationship reviews, ensure accurate billing and timely payments, contribute to global initiatives and ad-hoc projects, coordinate client training on JPM technology, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures. Strong communication, presentation, and collaborative skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial services organization focused on servicing institutional clients
- Knowledge of Global Custody and/or Traditional, Hedge, Private Fund Services or the ability to quickly learn
- Team player and ability to collaborate and share ideas
- Client satisfaction driven with client facing skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to drive items to closure
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well with minimal supervision
