Job Summary
Support the Wealth/Retail Distribution Team by nurturing client relationships, facilitating new client onboarding, and overseeing ongoing monitoring to ensure a seamless client experience. Handle anti-money laundering (AML) matters in collaboration with Compliance, preparing due diligence reports and conducting regulatory checks for Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Communicate timely updates on market and regulatory changes, conduct research on funds and industry trends, and prepare mandatory reports including prospectuses and quarterly disclosures. Collaborate with Fund Operations, Marketing, and international offices to resolve inquiries and maintain high standards of client service. This 18-month contract role is based in Seoul, reporting to the Korea Client Service Team lead.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years' experience in client service or relevant role in financial industry
- Degree holder in finance discipline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good time management skills
- Able to work with tight schedules and under great pressure
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm
- Ability to adapt to change
- Smart and motivated, with a commitment to succeed
- Ability to work independently and can be a team player
- Confident in working within a flat structure
- Positive, proactive, mature and self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills
- Results oriented and tenacious
- Proficient in both written and spoken Korean
- Resume written in both English and Korean

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
