Job Summary
Lead Prime Broker Margin Operations team to ensure regulatory compliance while delivering first-class client service; manage margin call monitoring, collateral movements, and maintenance of client margin/equity levels; partner with Risk, Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Legal to protect the firm and support hedge fund clients; requires Series 99 within 120 days and a bachelor’s degree (preferred); 5 years of financial services or client service experience; strong communication and Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of financial services or client service experience, ideally within broker/dealer operations or prime brokerage/margin
- Series 99 required, you must acquire the Series 99 certification within the first 120 days
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivots, lookups); broader MS Office competency
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex topics clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the securities industry, products, and operational functions
