Job Summary
Seasoned Client Service Lead to oversee and mentor the Client Service Coordinators in a San Francisco veterinary hospital. Ensure exceptional client experiences, develop and manage monthly scheduling for appropriate coverage, supervise department payroll and timecard approvals, and contribute to SOP development to enhance efficiency and compliance. May serve as a Client Service Coordinator when necessary. Drive performance in staff development, client satisfaction, and safety. Requires a minimum of 3 years in a high-volume client service environment and veterinary clinic experience; Vetspire or EzyVet experience preferred. Full-time role with compensation between $34-$40 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced client service environment
- Experience in a veterinary clinic is required
- Experience with Vetspire or EzyVet software is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related communication systems
