Client Service Intern

Job Summary
Communicate directly with clients to resolve day-to-day questions and issues, while troubleshooting problems by gathering information, investigating causes, and identifying next steps. Develop deep knowledge of Rho's product, systems, and operational processes by analyzing client feedback and recurring issues to translate them into actionable improvements. Collaborate with teammates and other departments to enhance the overall client experience, gaining exposure to AI, automation, and modern tools for more efficient workflows. This internship is paid, full-time, lasting three months, with working hours from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CET; one role follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and the other a Sunday–Thursday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English
- Fresh graduate, final-year student, or candidate with a few years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Open-minded and willing to think critically, challenge assumptions constructively, and suggest improvements
- Flexible, reliable, fast learner and willing to adapt to changing team needs when required
- Team player who wants to assimilate into the team culture
- Working hours are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CET
- One role following a Tuesday–Saturday schedule
- The second role follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule
- 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CET
Desired Qualifications
- Faculty of Philology, Faculty of Philosophy, or other humanities studies
